Shock Response Spectrum (SRS) testing has been around for almost 100 years and best defined by a half-sine shaped input into an array of single-degree-of-freedom oscillators. The SRS gives the peak response of each oscillator with respect to the natural frequency of the unit being testing. SRS testing is widely used in aviation, aerospace, vessel, military, defense, gunfire and automotive testing applications. ETS has designed and engineered a family of easy to use, reliable and repeatable SRS test systems that can meet the SRS requirements of today’s and future requirements.
